| Abstract | Resumo: Este artigo aborda o sistema transcendental de Fichte compreendido como um “sistema de liberdade”. De facto, toda a reflexão de Fichte é baseada na preeminência da acção sobre o ser, da práxis sobre a contemplação, do acto sobre o facto. Isto reflete coerentemente a ideia da preeminência da razão prática sobre a teórica e da vontade sobre a inteligência, e também do reconhecimento da formalidade do conhecimento e da realidade da ação. Na doutrina do conhecimento a liberdade é, portanto, o próprio fundamento do ser. Palavras-chave: Fichte, Doutrina do Conhecimento, Fenomenologia, Filosofia, Husserl, Liberdade Abstract The essay focuses on Fichte’s transcendental system understood as a “system of liberty”. Indeed, the whole of Fichte’s reflection is based on the pre-eminence of action over being, of praxis over contemplation, of act over fact. This fits coherently with the idea of the preeminence of the practical reason over the theoretical one and of the will over intelligence, and also the acknowledgement of the formality of knowledge and of the reality of action.
