| Abstract | This article has as object of study the short story “Community” by Luiz Pacheco, focusing its analysis on the theme of eroticism and the plurality of its forms. It is studied how the manifestations of eroticism become inseparable from the presence of death, the precariousness that affects the family as well as the imminent presence of the disease. Special emphasis is given to the figuration of the collective body images present in the story and how the vitality of the presence of eroticism is based on them. As well as the act of writing as a process of seduction and as a manifestation of life. |
